Reputed dealers having valid PAN and valid TIN/SRIN dealing in trunks made of galvanised iron sheet may quote their rates for supply of 1000 Nos of trunks to BPUT. The details are available in tender document which can be obtained from BPUT Office at Central Placement Cell,Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-30 on payment of 100/- in shape of bank draft drawn in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa payable at Bhubaneswar. The tender document is also available in the official website of BPUT (www.bput.ac.in). In case of downloaded document, the tender cost of 100/- in the shape of DD is to be enclosed with the bid. The EMD amounting to 3000.00 may be deposited in shape of DD in favour of BPUT, Orissa payable at Bhubaneswar.The party applied for the earlier tender no. BPUT/RKL/764 dt.16.03.2011 and applying for these tender are need not pay the tender cost of Rs.100/.

The parties may submit their bids in sealed covers super scribed as “Tender for Trunks” by dropping in the drop box kept at BPUT, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar or send by post addressing to “The Finance Officer, BPUT, Orissa,  Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda,Bhubaneswar-30” which should reach by the scheduled date and time. Bids received beyond the scheduled date and time will be summarily rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to extend the last date of submission of bids or cancel any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
