Our earlier Tenders vide NO.BPUT/1616, dt.03.05.2012 and No.1884, dt. 30.05.2012 are hereby cancelled due to poor participation. Hence, sealed quotations are hereby invited in the prescribed Tender Documents from reputed registered Firms/Dealers/OEMs/Companies/Licence holders having valid registration, PAN and TIN No. for supply of Shredding Machines for Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, Rourkela. Those who have participated earlier in response to Tenders vide NO.BPUT/1616, dt.03.05.2012 and No.1884, dt. 30.05.2012 need to apply fresh as per the two-part tender document, without any further submission of EMD and Tender Cost.

Interested party/parties may apply in the prescribed two-part tender document (consisting of two parts, i.e. Part-A containing Technical Bid and Part-B containing Financial Bid). The tender document can be obtained from BPUT office at Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-30 on payment of Rs.500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) only per document in the shape of DD drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of BPUT, Odisha payable at Bhubaneswar. The tender document can also be downloaded from our website www.bput.ac.in. In case of downloaded forms, the tender cost is to be paid while submitting the tender.

The tenders should be submitted in sealed cover super scribing by “Short Tender for supply of Shredding Machines”. The tenders may be sent by POST addressed to “The Registrar, BPUT Head Quarters, UGIE Campus, Jail Road, Rourkela, Odisha” or may be dropped in the drop box kept at BPUT Office, Rourkela within the scheduled date and time. BPUT shall not be responsible for any postal delay. Tenders received beyond the scheduled date and time will be summarily rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to extend the date and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
