Reputed printing presses having valid Regn. No., PAN, and IT & ST clearance, fulfilling the following criteria may submit their quotation in sealed tenders in the prescribed tender document on or before 07.03.2009 which can be obtained from the BPUT Office at UGIE Campus, Jail Road, Rourkela-769008 or at JEE Complex, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-30 on payment of Rs. 6000/- (non refundable) in the shape of DD in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The same can also be downloaded from our website www.bput.org. In case of downloaded forms, Rs. 6000/- in shape of DD should be paid with the tender. Besides, while submitting the tender, the tenderer must deposit Rs. 60,000/- in shape of DD in favour of BPUT, Orissa payable at Bhubaneswar towards refundable Earnest Money.

Criteria

1. The tenderer must have his own printing press.
2. The bidder must have an annual average  turnover of sales of not less than Rs. 20.00 lakh during the last three years ( authentic evidence to be adduced)

• Date of sale  of tender paper – 24.02.2009 to 07.03.2009  from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm on all working days.
• Last date of receipt of tender paper – 07.03.2009 in the working hours up to 02.30 pm
• Date,  time and venue of opening -07.03.2009 at  03.30 pm at BPUT Office, JEE Complex, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar
• The tenders should be submitted by dropping in the drop box kept at BPUT Office, JEE Complex, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar. Tenders can also be sent by post addressed to “The Registrar, BPUT, JEE Complex, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-30” which should reach BPUT by the scheduled date and time. Tenders received beyond the scheduled date and time will be summarily rejected.

The undersigned reserves the right to extend the date and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
