Reputed Presses/Firms having own firm/lamination unit, valid Regn. No., and valid PAN may submit their quotations in sealed tenders in the prescribed tender document which can be obtained from the BPUT UGIE Campus, Rourkela/Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on payment of Rs.150/- (non refundable) in shape of DD in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa drawn on any Nationalised Bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The tender document can also be down loaded from our website www.bput.org. In case of down loaded forms, Rs.150/- in shape of DD drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of BPUT payable at BBSR should be attached. The tenderer must deposit Rs.2,000/- in shape of DD in favour of BPUT, Orissa towards refundable earnest money payable at Bhubaneswar while submitting the tender.

2. Date of sale of tender paper from 18.02.09 to 27.02.09 from 10.00am to 03.30pm on all working days
3. Last date of receipt of the tender paper on 28.02.09 at 11.30am
4. Date, time and venue of opening: 28.02.09 at 3.00pm at BPUT Office, Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar.
