Reputed Presses/Firms fulfilling the following criteria may submit their quotation in sealed tenders in the prescribed tenders’ document within 14days of publication of this notice. The tender document can be obtained from the BPUT Head Office, UGIE Campus, Rourkela/Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on payment of Rs.150/- (non refundable) in shape of Demand Draft in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa drawn on any Nationalised Bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The tenderer must deposit Rs.2,000/- in shape of Demand Draft in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa towards earnest money (refundable)  payable at Bhubaneswar while submitting the tender.

Criteria:

1. The Tenderer must have own press/firms and other matters detailed in tender documents
2. Date of sale of tender paper from 07.01.09 to 20.01.09 from 10.00am to 12.30pm on all working days
3. Last date of receipt of the tender paper on 20.01.09 at 02.30pm
4. Date and time of opening is on 20.01.09 at 4.00pm

The undersigned reserves the right to extend the date and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
