Reputed vendor/ firm dealt with waste paper fulfilling the following criteria may submit their quotation in sealed tenders in the prescribed tender document within 7 days of publication of this notice for lifting of used answer scripts. The tender document can be obtained from the BPUT Head office, UGIE Campus, Rourkela on payment of Rs. 100/- (non-refundable) in shape of Bank Draft in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology drawn on any Nationalized Bank payble at Rourkela. The tender document can also be down loaded from our website www.bput.ac.in and the cost is to be paid while submitting the tender. The tender should be submitted at Rourkela office.

Criteria

1. The tenderer must have own firm.
2. Tenderer must produce a valid certificate for dealing with paper mills.
3. Tenderer must have valid certificate for dealing with bank/ other educational institution.
4. Tenderer must have valid Tax (ST/ IT) clearance certificate.
5. The material shall be lifted from Rourkela only.
6. The paper shall be shredded before lifting.
7. A certificate indicating that non-use of paper at open market has to produce.
8. Loading / weighing/ transport cost shall be borne by the tenderer.
9. Payment has to be made immediately.
10. The tender should be submitted in a sealed cover superscribed by ‘Tender for Lifting of Old Papers” at Rourkela office (in a drop box).
11. The tender can also be sent by post address to Director Examination, BPUT, Jail Road, Rourkela.
12. The University shall not held responsible for any postal delay.
13. Date of sale of tender paper during November 13-19, 2009 from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
14. Last date of receipt of the tender paper on 20.11.2009 (at Rourkela).
15. Date & time of opening is on 21.11.2009 at 5.30 PM (at Rourkela).

The undersigned reserves the right to extend that date and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
