BPUT wants to dispose its old answer scripts of 28 Tons (approx). Firms/Vendors dealing in waste papers having valid Registration No. and PAN and are interested to lift the used /unused answer scripts (after being shredded at the University site) on payment (auction basis) as per terms laid down by the University, may apply in the prescribed Auction Document which can be obtained at our office at UGIE Campus,Jail Road, Rourkela on payment of 100/- (Non refundable) in shape of DD in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa payable at Rourkela. The Auction Document is also available in the official website of BPUT (www.bput.ac.in). In case of downloaded document, the document price of 100/- in shape of DD is to be enclosed with the bid.

• Date of sale of auction document – 17- 28March, 2011 during office hours on all working days.
• Last date of receipt of bids  - 29 March 2011 Upto  2.00 pm
• Date, time, and venue of opening of bids – 29 March 2011 at 04.00 pm at BPUT, UGIE Campus, Rourkela -4
• EMD 1000/- is to be paid in shape of DD in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa payable at Rourkela.

The parties may submit their bids in sealed covers super scribed as “Quotation for Disposal of Old Answer Scripts” by dropping in the drop box kept at BPUT, UGIE Campus, Rourkela -4 or send by post addressing to “The Finance Officer, BPUT, Orissa, UGIE Campus, Jail Road, Rourkela -769004” which should reach by the scheduled date and time. Bids received beyond the scheduled date and time will be summarily rejected.The undersigned reserves the right to extend the last date of submission of bids or cancel any or all auction bids without assigning any reason thereof.
