Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa requires ­­upto maximum16 number of Data Entry Operators (DEO) to be outsourced on contractual basis. Interested Labour Contractors/Job Workers having valid registration & licence to deal with manpower, PAN and Service Tax Registration may apply in the prescribed tender document which can be obtained from BPUT on payment of Rs.100.00 (Non refundable) in the shape of DD in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa drawn on any nationalised bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The tender document is also available in the official website of BPUT www.bput.ac.in. In case of down loaded document, the tender cost should be paid while submitting the tender in the shape of DD. EMD of Rs.10,000.00 will have to be paid with the tender in the shape of DD in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa drawn on any nationalised bank payable at Bhubaneswar. Period of sale of tender document is 24.09.2010 to 23.10.2010. Last date of submission of tender is 25.10.2010 upto 02.00 pm. Tenders will be opened at BPUT, Gandamunda Bhubaneswar on 25.10.2010 at 04.00 pm. The tender should be submitted in sealed cover superscribed as “Tender for DEO” by dropping in the drop box kept at BPUT Office at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar. Tender can also be sent by post addressing to “The Registrar, BPUT, Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-30”, which should reach BPUT by the scheduled date and time. BPUT is not responsible for postal delay if any. Tenders received beyond scheduled date and time will be summarily rejected.
