BPUT wants to dispose its old answer scripts of 40 Tons (approx.). Dealers dealing in waste papers having valid Registration No. under VAT Act and PAN who are interested to purchase the used/unused answer scripts, may apply within 15 (fifteen) days of the publication of this notice in the prescribed auction document which can be obtained at our office at UGIE Campus, Jail Road, Rourkela and Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on payment of Rs.100/-(non-refundable) in the shape of DD in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The auction document is also available in the official website of BPUT (www.bput.ac.in). In case of downloaded document, the tender cost of Rs.100/- in the shape of DD is to be enclosed with the tender.

The stocks of used and unused answer scripts for auction are lying in BPUT Office at UGIE Complex, Rourkela. The bidders may inspect the stocks during the office hours of all working days from 17.06.2010 onwards. The parties may submit their bids in sealed covers superscribed as “Quotation for Old Answer Scripts” by dropping in the drop box kept at BPUT, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar or send by post addressing to “The Finance Officer, BPUT, Orissa, Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar - 751030” which should reach BPUT, Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar within the scheduled date and time. Bids received beyond the scheduled date and time will be summarily rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to extend the last date of submission of bids or cancel any or all auction bids without assigning any reason thereof.
