Sealed tenders are invited from reputed printing presses having valid Regn. No. and PAN for printing and supply of answer books to be used for its examinations. Interested parties may apply in the prescribed tender document on or before 04.11.2010 which can be obtained from the BPUT Office at Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-30 on payment of Rs. 500/- (non refundable) in the shape of DD in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The tender document can also be downloaded from our website www.bput.ac.in. In case of downloaded forms, Rs. 500/- in shape of DD should be paid with the tender. Besides, while submitting the tender, the bidder must deposit Rs. 35,000/- in the shape of DD in favour of BPUT, Orissa payable at Bhubaneswar towards refundable Earnest Money.

• Date of Sale of Tender Paper – 27.10.2010 to 03.11.2010 during office hours on all working days.

• Last Date of Receipt of Tender Paper – 04.11.2010   upto 02.00 pm.

• Date, Time and Venue of opening  of Tender— 04.11.2010 at  04.00 pm at BPUT Office, Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar
  
  
• The tenders in sealed covers superscribed by the words “Tender for Answer Books” should be submitted by dropping in the drop box kept at BPUT Office, Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar. Tenders can also be sent by post/courier addressed to “The Finance Officer, BPUT, Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-30” which should reach BPUT by the scheduled date and time. Tenders received beyond the scheduled date and time will be summarily rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to extend the date and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
