On the above noted subject, I would request you to depute the teachers (having minimum 2 years of teaching experience under BPUT) on the following subjects to enable them to join on the specified date (10.00AM) at BPUT Camp Office , Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar with a letter of authority from the Principal/ Director of the college.

The teachers are also requested to carry the model answers of their subject of evaluation and submit the same on the date of reporting. They are requested to carry a letter from the Principals/ Directors regarding the subject to be evaluated by them. They have to produce this letter at the time of reporting.

Under no circumstance, teacher with less than 2 years teaching experience under BPUT system shall be allowed. Results of the Colleges who are not sending their faculties for evaluation shall be kept with-held.
