This is to notify that the 20th Academic Council Meeting of the University is scheduled to be held as per following :

Day & Date                              : Saturday, August 11, 2012

Time                                         : 11.00 AM.

Venue                                       : BPUT Head Office at UGIE Campus, Rourkela,

The broad agenda are :

(i) 5th Convocation of the University.
(ii) Any other items with permission of Chair.

All the Directors /Principals of Engineering/ MBA/ MCA/ Pharmacy/ Architecture colleges and Deans of the University are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting on the aforesaid date and time positively. Attendance in the above said meeting is mandatory. In case Directors/ Principals could not attend the meeting due to unavoidable circumstances then those Institutes must be represented by faculty members not below the rank of Professors.
