PROVISIONAL AFFILIATION / AFFILIATION CONTINUATION FOR
EXISTING PRIVATE PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
In pursuance to Clause 43 (4) and (5) of the First Statutes of the University, the existing Professional Technical Institutions are required to apply for provisional affiliation/ affiliation continuation for the academic session 2012-13 in the prescribed format along with following documents and annual fee as per item-2 & 3 indicated below in shape of DD drawn in any nationalized bank in favour of BPUT payable at Rourkela.
1.
Duly filled application form (available in our website),
2.
Inspection fee of Rs.10,000/-,
3.
Affiliation continuation fee @ Rs.10,000/- for each branch/course,
4.
Approval letter of AICTE for the year 2012-13,
5.
NOC of the Government (ETET Department), and
6.
All Annexure as indicated in application format (Part-I & II) .
The Principal/Director of the colleges are advised to apply on or before 25.08.2012 for consideration of provisional affiliation/ affiliation continuation for the academic session 2012-13. It is to note that on non-compliance of statutory provisions, the University shall be forced to penalize the college as per provisions of First Statutes-2006.
