In pursuance to the decision of the 19th Academic Council Meeting held on 16.07.2012, it is hereby notified that, the forthcoming 2nd / 4th semester Examinations of the academic session 2011-12 shall commence from 19.07.2012 as per schedule. On publication of the results of the 1st / 3rd semester Examinations of the academic session 2011-12, the students who would score ‘F’ grade in alternate subjects shall be offered a chance to appear a Special Examination for those subjects only, immediately after two weeks on completion of the current 2nd / 4th semester Examinations of academic session 2011-12 (commencing from 19.07.2012 as per schedule), which shall not be taken as a precedence in future. Further, the following students

(i) who have appeared the 2nd / 4th semester Examinations of the academic session 2010-11 having results shown as ‘W’ grade, and
(ii) who have applied for photocopies/rechecking with reference to 2nd / 4th semester examinations of the academic session 2010-11,

and their cases which are yet to be resolved, be allowed to appear the said examinations during 2011-12 session scheduled to start from 19.07.2012. The final grade allotted in such situation shall be chosen from his/her best performance obtained.
