The Principals / Directors of all constituent and affiliated colleges are hereby informed that the following guidelines are to be followed in submission of medical certificates of the students who could not appear some examination due to illness.

1. The students who could not appear any examination due to illness are required to submit the application along with the medical certificate within 7 days of their illness to the Principals of the concerned colleges.

2. The Principals are required to constitute the Medical Board as per the academic regulation for the consideration of the received applications and send the recommendation of the medical board along with all applications and testimonials to the University (addressed to the Director, Examination, BPUT, Central Placement Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar) within 15 days from the end of examination with proper acknowledgement.

3. For authentication, the Principals/Directors are required to sign in all pages of the testimonials submitted by the students.

4. No application will be received by the University after due time. The Principals / Directors are requested to put notice in their colleges for knowledge of the students.
